From the moment you receive your goods, you have the opportunity to exchange or return one or more purchased items on our website within 14 days. Please note that when exercising your right of withdrawal, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping fee (39 SEK).

Any complimentary products received as part of an offer will be invoiced if not all products from the offer are returned.

Once we receive your return, we will ensure that it meets all of our requirements and then process a full refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing your order.
If you have chosen to pay via Klarna invoice, we always recommend contacting them to pause your invoice until your return has been approved. Alternatively, you can choose to pay your invoice, and Klarna will refund you once the return is approved.
Returns usually take up to 30 days to be processed at our warehouse.
When purchasing a test, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the date of ordering. If you have used part of the service but not the whole, a proportionate amount will be refunded upon cancellation of the service, provided that it has been initiated within the cancellation period.
Your referral is valid for 3 months after ordering. If you have not visited a testing facility before this time has elapsed, the purchase expires, and the referral becomes invalid.
You have the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. You can cancel your booking via your Account on our website. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% charge of the patient price.
