No. According to a study from 2017, sperm concentration in men decreased by 50% between 1973 to 2011. Kortsiktiga åtgärder

If we disregard the time it takes to ejaculate, it takes approximately 20 minutes from ejaculation to take the test.

1. Scan the QR-code.
2. Leave a sperm sample in the cup and let it rest for 15 minutes in room temperature.
3. Rotate the lid 5 times without lifting up the lid.
4. Enter the volume in the application as seen on the side of the cup.
5. Lift up the lid and place the tip on the microscope slide (the thin piece of glass) according to instructions and make sure that enough fluid is transferred to the glass.
6. Insert the slide into the hardware that followed the home test kit.
7. Place your phone above the lense according to instructions.

Short-term actions
1. Ejaculate (through intercourse or masturbation) 2-3 times/week to increase your chances of a sample with many healthy sperm.
2. Wait 2-3 days between ejaculations to ensure the release of the largest possible number of sperm in the highest possible volume of semen. Note: You will need to to abstain from masturbation entirely on your days "off".
